Belgium.
From the canals of Ghent to the dunes of the coast and the valleys of the Ardennes: ATHINA manages short-stay homes across Belgium, with one personal point of contact for every owner.
“Belgium is small, but its short-stay market is anything but uniform. City apartments book all year round thanks to business travel, students and city trips, the coast peaks in summer and on long weekends, and the Ardennes fill up with families and groups in every school holiday. We price each property for its own market, every day.”

Registration handled in Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia
Rules, simply explained
Flanders
In Flanders, every tourist accommodation must be registered with Toerisme Vlaanderen before the first guest arrives, and the registration number has to appear in every listing, as EU rules also require from 2026. We prepare the registration, check fire safety and your building's rules, and handle the local tourist tax.
We prepare the paperwork. You sign.
