Only on what you earn
Our fee is a percentage of the rental income that actually comes in. No bookings means no fee.

The guest pays the cleaning
The cleaning fee is charged to the guest per stay, so it doesn't come out of your income.

Payments go straight to you
Guests pay via the platform into your own account. We invoice our fee separately.

No setup fee, no exit fee and no long contract. You stay because it works.
