Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Today I own property in Belgium and in Dubai, and in Belgium I manage my family's real estate as well. Some of it is let long term, some of it hosts guests for a few nights. I know both worlds, with their advantages and their headaches.

I studied applied economics and worked in finance consulting. That shows in how I work: I look at figures, market data and realistic goals before I make a decision about your property.

I started Athina because I wanted owners to get what I expect as an owner myself: one person who knows your home, answers when you call and tells you how things really are. No sales talk, no ticket numbers, no surprises on your statement.
