Getting the home ready
We walk through the home with you and make an inventory of everything in it, room by room, with photos. That list protects you later: after every stay, we check the home against it.

Your listing is your shop window. Guests decide on the first photo, so we choose and order the photos with care, and arrange professional photos where they make the difference. We write a title and description for each platform that show what makes your home special, and we are honest about what it doesn't have, because that is how you avoid disappointed guests.

After every stay
Between two guests, the home is cleaned to a checklist and made up with fresh linen. Then we check it against the inventory. If something is missing or broken, you hear it from us straight away, and if a guest caused the damage, we handle the claim with the platform and the guest.

Every month
On a fixed date every month you receive one clear report: occupancy, price per night, income, costs and reviews. Guests pay through the platform into your own account; we never hold your money. Our fee is a percentage of what actually comes in, invoiced separately, with every cost visible.
