Meet Athina
A 30-minute call, or a coffee at your property. We go through the estimate and your wishes. No sales talk.

Getting ready
We prepare everything, you approve before anything goes live.
- 03Week 1
Property walk-through
We visit your property (or you send a short video) and create a property guide: from the fuse box to the spare linen. We also make a full inventory of everything in your home, room by room, with photos.
Your part: about 30 minutes of your time.
- 04Week 1
Access and safety
A key box or smart lock for smooth self check-in. We check registration, permits and fire safety: registration in Flanders, the holiday-home permit in Dubai.
Your part: sign the documents.
- 05Week 2
Photos and listing
Professional photos and a listing that sells, on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Google Vacation Rentals. Already have great photos? Then we use those.
Your part: nothing.
- 06Week 2–3
We take over
We become co-host, set up dynamic pricing and plan the cleaning. You approve the texts and your minimum price before we go live.
Your part: approve, and leave one key.
Renting out
From now on, you receive the income. We do the rest.

Your first guests
A personal welcome and guest support 7 days a week. You see every booking in real time.

- 08After every stay
Cleaning, checks and damage claims
Fresh linen, a cleaning checklist and a quality check after each departure, compared with the inventory. If a guest causes damage, we report it to you straight away and handle the claim with the platform and the guest, so you don't have to chase it yourself.

Your monthly report
Occupancy, nightly rate, income, costs and reviews, on a fixed date. Guest payments go straight from the platform to your own account.
Your part: read it, ideally with a coffee.
